Return & Exchange Policy

We’ve updated our policy to make your shopping experience more convenient:
• Returns: We now offer returns within Mumbai only. Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, and items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact. 
• Exchanges: We offer exchanges across all of India. Exchange requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery, subject to product availability. It may take upto 15 working days to dispatch the new product . The product will be dispatched only after we recieve the return shipment. 
• Items purchased on sale/discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
   Items that are custom made/made to order are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• Reverse pickup availability will depend on location. In some cases, customers may be requested to ship the product back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Refunds for damaged goods (PAN INDIA)
If the product is defective or damaged, you need to intimate us within 3 working days after recieving the product with supporting images. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount as per the following. 

In case of all returns:

Processing Time: 5-6 business days

Amount will be credited in you account within 15 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
