A message from the Founder and Designer — Shreya Bansal

I’ve always been deeply passionate about what I do, and Set Me Free has been one of the most fulfilling chapters of my life, one that I’ve loved unfolding with every page.

The idea for Set Me Free was born during the pandemic, when comfort wear became a new form of self-expression. People wanted to feel cozy while working from home, yet still look effortlessly stylish. That’s where our journey began—creating an affordable and chic range of comfort wear that lets you move freely, feel good, and look amazing. Designing this label has been an absolute joy, and every step with Set Me Free continues to be a beautiful part of my story.

Our collections are crafted primarily from cotton—grown, woven, and handmade on Indian looms—giving each piece a breathable, homegrown charm. What we want to achieve

From a humble 120 sq. ft. workspace to our cozy studio-store at Tardeo AC Market, our journey has been nothing short of exciting. But this is just the beginning! We dream of growing Set Me Free into a brand that opens its doors to even more people—through our very own standalone store and beyond. As we expand, our focus will always remain the same: to design consciously, create sustainably, and offer great style at prices that make fashion feel good—inside and out.
